No. A phone number is required, while email is optional. If you provide an email address, you receive appointment messages there. Without email, the practice contacts you manually by phone. Save the private booking link shown after checkout so you can return to your appointment.
Choose the unknown option rather than guessing. Birth information is requested only for relevant consultations. Share the details you know and any uncertainty; the practitioner can explain how missing information affects the discussion.
Use your protected booking link at least 24 hours before the appointment for one free reschedule, or cancel for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed appointments are considered individually and are not refunded automatically. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
