When plans change, here is how your appointment and payment are handled.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without a fee, at least 24 hours before the appointment, using your protected booking link.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed appointments are not refunded automatically. Send a request to the practice; each request is considered individually.
If the practitioner cancels
You will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment that you agree to. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
