Your information
We collect your name, phone number, booking details and optional email. Where relevant, you may provide birth information and consultation notes. These details support your consultation and appointment management.
How it is used
Practice records are stored on the practice’s own server with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. Razorpay processes payments. Google Calendar, Meet and Gmail support appointments and notifications. On the booking page, Google Maps helps you find your birthplace: your search and the chosen place are sent to Google, and the page shares only this website’s address with Google so the map can load. To prepare your birth chart, only your birth date, time and coordinates are sent to VedAstro, an astrology calculation service, never your name or contact details. Birth charts are kept until the astrologer deletes them. Private birth details and consultation notes are kept out of calendar and email messages. Video consultations are not recorded.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies and usage data only on public pages, and only after your consent, to help improve this website. Personal booking, birth and contact information is excluded from analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Analytics URLs omit query strings and fragments, and referrers are not sent. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences.
Your choices and access
Email is optional. Customers without an email address receive appointment updates through a manual phone call. Keep your private booking link safe. Contact the practice to request access, correction or deletion under applicable law. Records are retained for practice needs; there is no automatic 90-day deletion.
