Before your first video consultation
Choose the questions you want to discuss, prepare the relevant details and keep your booking link safe.
Start with the question you want to discuss
Write down the questions that led you to book. If you are considering a job change, note your current work and the choices in front of you. For a relationship question, describe the situation and what you would like to discuss. You can ask Acharya Tarun to explain an unfamiliar term during the conversation.
Choose the consultation closest to your question. Kundli matching compares two charts; a marriage or relationship consultation starts with your own question. Vastu concerns the space you use. Pooja guidance is a conversation about an occasion, the ritual options and preparation. If you are unsure which to choose, email consult@acharyatarun.com before booking.
Prepare the details your consultation needs
For a birth-chart consultation, keep your birth date and birthplace ready, along with the time if you know it. A town or city is more useful than a street address. If the time comes from a family recollection rather than a record, explain that in your notes. Select the unknown-time option when you do not know the time.
For Kundli matching, prepare both people’s details and get permission before sharing someone else’s information. For Vastu, keep a simple layout plan nearby and mark north if you know it. A few relevant photographs and a description of how you use the space can give the conversation a starting point. For pooja guidance, bring the occasion and intended date, along with questions about the arrangements.
There is no need to post birth information or personal questions in public messages. The booking form asks for information relevant to your selected consultation; birth details and questions are kept out of appointment emails and calendar entries.
Save the booking link after payment
Your private booking page shows the current appointment time and meeting status. Save that link even if you provide an email address. If you book without email, the practice handles reminders and booking changes by phone. No account is needed.
Payment received and meeting ready are separate steps. If the meeting is still being set up, check the booking page for its status. A saved calendar copy can become out of date after a change; the booking page is the place to check the current details. Keep the link private because it gives access to your booking.
Join the video call
Appointment times are shown in Indian Standard Time, IST (Asia/Kolkata). Check the time in advance if you are in another time zone. Use a quiet place with an internet connection, test your microphone and open the Google Meet link a few minutes early.
If you join without a Google account, request to join and wait for Acharya Tarun to admit you. Device and meeting settings can affect joining, so keep the booking page available if you need the link again. Video consultations are not recorded.
Ask about the interpretation and its limits
A Jyotish consultation discusses a traditional interpretation of the chart. You can ask which details support an interpretation and what changes when a birth time is uncertain. No result is guaranteed. Decisions about health, money or legal matters need the appropriate qualified professional; a consultation does not replace that advice.
The online fee covers the video consultation. Performing a pooja or visiting a property requires a separate agreement. You can use the conversation to clarify whether further work is needed and what its scope would be.
